Black10 says: As a player I start 3 months before the season starts by running hills, juggling, shooting, dribbling, and mainly on sprints and sudden burst of speed. Then again I always have a ball at my feet so I don't lose one touch. I also work my left foot and right. Sinces I'm sweeper I do work on my trapping and lifting weights. So basically I'm saying, "Displine yourself so others don't!!"
