It depends how physical the sport is (in my opinion). It also depends on the climate you are in. It could be freezing tmperatures or extreme heat, or mild. You also sometimes get sick depending on how mentally challenging the sport is. You would usually get sick when you have basically reached a "limit" of your physical capacity, and just throw up or faint.
