Boxing is a joy in itself. you train and train and train. I'm not going to lie the first couple of weeks suck then it is just amazing! when you step into that ring and its just you and your opponent you go into this daze i cant even begin to explain.
Yes, I know someone who had injured his right hand, and spent the next few months just working on his left, which had little power before, and by the time his right hand was healed, his left was just as good. If (God Forbid) you are talking about a permanent injury, then you can train, but probably not spar.
