I know that my school (Florida International University) has walk-on's on the team. I think the best thing to do is contact a school you are interested in playing for and ask the coach or assistant. Usually you can find the coaches or assitant coaches email on the team roster and coaches are usually more than welcome to answering questions. Good luck!
It will be very difficult at a Division 1 school, most players on Division 1 are recruited and on scholarship. You'll have a much better chance at a Division III school or at a Junior College. You can also try to join an AAU team, or club team, but those are usually for kids still in school.
If you really want to play in college, your best bet is to go to a Junior College for two years and transfer to a 4 year as a Junior.
You just try out in collage and if you make it then your on the team!
go to try outs or show the team that u are pretty good
well, there really isn't a way to get into the NBA if you don't play until you're a senior because that's when you'll be recognize more. Sucks to be you if you quit. Only way to do it is if you have a contact or if you know someone from the NBA that can hook you UP!
Larenz Tate played Basketball in high school but wasn't very good at i so he quit.(high School and Elementary) In College he didn't play sports
No never quit.
I have decided to quit. I have decided to do so because (insert reason hear)
forever. Because he's the best, and the best never quit.

Yes. Johnson attended USC on a baseball and basketball scholarship. He quit basketball after his sophomore year to concentrate on baseball. I have not been able to find any statistics concerning his basketball days.
He got cut from a team
Well, he quit basketball 2 times, on the first, he retired because his father died and so then Michael Jordan promised that he will play baseball. After 2 years, he decided to come back and play basketball again. On his game, he was not good at basketball so he decided to train really hard. Then he had another game and he became the strongest ever. Years passed and Michael Jordan became the most oldest player to play in the NBA. I forgot how he quit again but i think it is because of his age.
college football you only have 4 years to play and you don't get paid in nfl you get paid and choose when to quit
