Just a lot of practice. I know some sponsored professional free runners who taught themselves everything. But if you would rather be taught you could learn gymnastics. Because gymnastics is very similar to Parkour. I go to an open gymnastics place where I can practice everything with mats and trampolines.
I would not rely on just watching parkour videos to learn parkour from. You have to be in tip-top shape to do parkour. You do not want to break anything.

There are many videos on Youtube, especially by the man who made up Parkour, you can learn from watching, or from doing. You can learn by running, jumping, and climbing by yourself, and pushing yourself farther to do better.

Depending on where you live you can look for a location that teaches parkour actively, or you could possibly be self taught. If you possibly wish to teach you will need to learn professionally.
To learn to run up a wall like a parkour expert, you can start by practicing basic parkour techniques such as wall runs and wall climbs. It's important to build strength and agility through regular training and conditioning exercises. Additionally, seeking guidance from experienced parkour practitioners or joining a parkour class can help you improve your skills and technique. Remember to always prioritize safety and start with smaller walls before attempting more advanced maneuvers.
Parkour is a great sport that keeps you fit and healthy. Although you wouldn't believe this if you saw a traceur practising, but parkour is one of the safest sports WHEN DONE CORRECTLY. Although often depicted by media as 'an adreniline rush' and 'daredevil teenagers defying authority' parkour has a deep and meaningful philosophy. It is easy to learn parkour if you have courage, a good spirit, fitness and lots of support.
