make sure that your leg is locked when your foot makes contact with the football,
that you follow through with your leg as far as your flexibility will allow,
that you are hitting the sweet spot on the ball (this is slightly below the center of the football, you can hit it with better success by keeping your head down as you strike, the ball)
and that you are not leaned foreward as you kick the ball; it will limit how much your leg will follow through which will limit your kick distance.
These are the most common distance boosters for kicking, but if you need more help ask a dude who knows what he is doing (who has some kind of kicking history) to watch you kick and tell you what he thinks. Weight lifting and daily stretching will also help you. Good luck.
Yes. The endzone is included in the distance of a field goal.

A field goal is measured from where the ball is kicked from, not from the line of scrimmage. If Team A is kicking a field goal from the 20 yard line, the distance of the field goal would me measured as follows: Length to Goal Line: 20 Yards Length of Endzone: 10 Yards Place of Kick: 7 yards behind the line of scrimmage (typically kicks made from 6 to 7 yards behind the los) Total Distance of Field Goal: 37 yards.
increase the charge or decrease the distance from the source of the field.
The longest field goal in Super Bowl XLVI was a 38 yarder by Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes in the third quarter.
An increase in magnification decreases the field of view, reduces the depth of field, and shortens the working distance. This is because higher magnification focuses on a smaller area with increased detail, leading to a narrower view, shallower depth of focus, and closer working distance.
The goal post is ten feet above the ground right above the back of the endzone.
