In my views, Coordination is the continuous and consistent movements of the body from the fast expansion and contraction of the muscles with the interrelated act of the mind for refined actions.

Coordination can be developed through the continuous practice of any skill with purpose provided good level of willingness and determination from the performer.

It can be mainly improved by the practice of basic motor skills; light exercises such as drills, calisthenics, which are necessarily to be conducted on BY-part method simultaneously with simple counting of numerical numbers rhythmically in the mind or verbally.

Further, it can be strongly developed through the training of exercises in relation with equal intervals audible beats of music.

However, I believe that coordination could be well put into initiation at the age of above of five years old, irrespective of sex, under the guidance of sports practitioner in a swimming pool where the child will start rehearsing these basic movements with the periodic moving waters.
