All sports are good for you. You can even play Wii Sports, or wii fit on your wii (if you have one) and that is a GREAT workout! You need to jog for atleast 10 minutes everyday and you will get a great and healthy lifestyle in sports. Playing Basketball, Baseball, soccer, track, swimming etc. is great to do.
