When Skateboarding you are using certain muscles constantly so you need to go to a gym and act like you are going to join up and tell them your problem and see what exercises they would recommend to counter-act the muscle you are building up. I have no idea why you would be so upset over having leg muscle. Skateboarding as you know is a very strenuous and artful sport (I love to watch it and I'm in awe at what some of these kids can do on those skateboards.) Quit picking yourself apart!
takes out carbon dioxide. puts in oxygen
Doing this you will still lose muscle. The only reliable way to lose fat and keep muscle is exercising.

You cannot "lose" muscle unless you have muscle wasting, such as when very ill and bedridden. You can lose fat and shape / sculpt muscles.
Being active burns calories. For every 3500 calories you burn more than you consume, you will lose one pound. It also helps you gain muscle which will speed up your metabolism.
Sure. Muscles that aren't used will shrink. An athlete that stops exercising will lose muscle
Yes, exercise is the key to keeping muscle tone. If you lose weight and don't exercise you will also lose your muscle in the process.
