First off it all depends on how comfortable you are with pressure. Of course you can always call for a drop ball if there is no one pressuring and you have a bigger foot than your defenders. Other than that you will just need to see how comfortable you are with it and sooner or later you will be able to call for a drop ball under heavy pressure and clean it up with no mistakes. If you are playing on a team your coach will most likely tell you when he wants you to be calling for them and when not to. Now as to how to call for it, yell your lungs out and make sure the whole world hears you. That is the best way to do it, and its actually very intimidating to the opposing team :).
