He wears or he is wearing?

Well both terms can be used, but for different reasons. For instance you would use "he wears" in a sentence such as "he wears nice clothes". However, the term "he is wearing" could be used in that sentence as well (he is wearing nice clothes). Or you could say "he is wearing blue jeans". this is more of a direct term. As if you are talking about what is happening right this second. as in "right this second, he is wearing blue jeans." You could also say "he wears blue jeans" but that is if it is more general. like as in in "he wears blue jeans allot." anyways I hope this answered your question
