In January 2009 an article appeared on http://www.dailystoke.com/Surfing/did-longboard-magazine-go-under/ stating that the magazine went bankrupt.
In a following official release from Longboard Magazine publisher Guy Motil he stated that print issues of the magazine were suspended until after the financial crisis. The website would however stay online, but as of March the website is also ofline.
So it looks like Longboard Magazine is no more.
