Yes. According to Baseball Almanac, the last player to perform such a feat was Harry Danning of the New York Giants, on June 15, 1940. The linked article from Baseball Almanac (http://www.baseball-almanac.com/yearly/yr1940n.shtml) suggests (and I confirmed it through an article where Harry Danning was interviewed) that it has happened on more than one occasion. That would make sense, as many home runs in the early part of the 20th century were inside-the-park variety.
