yes, they are now decided by the amounts of wins (not inclueding shootout wins) to determine the tiebreaker. it is a new rule of the 2010-2011 season.
It would seem that if each team scored the same number of points, each of 15 teams scored 1/15th of the total...
A draw happens when both teams end the game on equal points.A no score draw happens when neither side scores any points at all.A score draw happens when both teams score points but they both score the same amount of points.
It is goals scored if 2 teams are on the same amount of points the team with most goals is higher on the table.
There are no new teams included for season-2. The same 8 teams from Season 1 are playing this time around also.
A series circuit has the same amount of current at all points in the circuit.CommentIt's not simply 'the same amount of current at all points''; it's the same current at all points.
When teams are tied for points at the end of a season, final league standings are decided in this order: 1. Points 2. Goal Difference 3. Goals Scored 4. Head to Head Performances 5. Series of Play-offs So the answer to your queston is, the team which has scored more goals overall would be promoted.

A push is a tie. Let's say Team A is getting 3 points against Team B. If Team A loses by 3 points, the game is considered a push since, when adding the 3 points to Team A's score, the two teams would have the same amount of points. The bettor loses.
no
They have a playoff
In the NHL playoffs points are not important, there are best of 7 games played facing the same team to decide who advances. The teams they originally face are from the season in the eastern and western conferences, 1-8 2-7 3-6 4-5
why don't 15 teams from each conference leave their arena for half of the season and live on the other side and play teams they never get to play more than once a season? Then the other half of the season switch. Don't say it's money! I think the NHL is worried the eastern division will chew up the western division thru the season, and there wouldn't be enough fans to vote for their losing teams. I'm a fan of the original SIX and the way it's set up we will never again see any of these teams play for the cup.
