A humidor was first used at Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies starting with the 2002 season. The humidor is maintained at 70 degrees F and 50% humidity. Since 2007 MLB has mandated that all teams store baseballs in a temperature controlled environment and some choose to control humidity as well.
