I believe the humid weather due to the fact that the weather can usually affect the outcome of the total spin of the soccer ball.
I think that its more of what the temperature does to YOU. The temperature won't really change the soccer ball's performance if your comparing humid to dry. Its slightly possible that if the airs humid, it might be heavy which could lessen the curve, but i doubt that. Its more of what the temperature does to you. If its dry, you'll need some water (duh! lol) which will help you in performance. If its humid, you will need water again, but you might feel sluggish or a bit of difficulty moving or kicking. All in all, its better in dry conditions, but not by much. Hope that helps
If you want the ball to curl shoot it from the right/left
a ball that you use to curl stuff with WOOTERs
The key to curling a football is when you strike the ball you must drag you foot along with the ball when you strike it, hit it with the inside of you foot this makes it much easier to curl the ball and also if your looking to curl it on a free-kick an angled free-kick is easier to score a curl.
They curl into a ball.

By rolling up their body into a ball
To bend a football(soccer) you need to put spin on it. To do this when you hit the ball, hit it on one of the sides of the ball. For example, if you are right footed and want to curl the ball right you need to use the outside of your foot and hit the ball on the left. Depending on how well you hit the ball, it should curl to the right. Also, this may be off subject, if you hit a football at the bottom with you laces you can generate top spin which will cause the ball to dip. Cristiano Ronaldo does this a lot when he takes his free kicks. I'm not the best but i can put a lot of bend and dip on the ball. I hope I've helped you.
