No. Most people only wear vests to hold magazines and accessories they may need while playing airsoft. Other airsoft-junkies wear them to make airsoft more realistic to war.

In order to properly fit you for a tuxedo vest, you would need to get measured by a tailor. Specifically, you would need to measure your chest, midsection, and potentially your shoulders.

So flight attendants can decided how to evacuate the aircraft in case of an emergency. For example if they were over water they would need to have passengers put their life vest on. We as if they were just over land they would not need life vest.
