No but it looks more professional and is much more comfortable to play in because your legs don't get all scratched up
Jogging pants will work until you have to slide or dive. They will usually rip a lot faster than normal softball pants.
baseball pants have two back pockets and a belt loop, softball pants have one or no back pockets, and have a string inside to tighten the waist or no string. Softball pants do NOT have a belt loop
no
My traveling softball team has these: Tiro Training Pants and these: Trofeo Training Pants
No its not. In baseball you wear longs tight pants and in softball you wear shorts.

No they are not the same thing. Sliding pants or "sliders" are padded to allow you some protection when you're sliding on the ground.
i think you can try goole ,..you will find many results ..
i dont think you would ever use a black softball
softball players don't always wear long pants, so they wear sliding pads or shorts to avoid cutting their knees or leg.
they're not skirts any more....they're shorts or like pants
To play softball you need cleats, pants, socks, and a jersey (or T-shirt if its practice). Also shorts, sliding shorts, and sliding pads may be substituted for pants. You will want the sliding pads to cover your knees so when you slide you wont get hurt as easily.
