Well, if you do gymnastics then you will become flexible. Flexibility is like strength, you have to develop it.
Answerno,u do not have to be flexible. it would help if u r but if ur not here is some advice. 1.stretch as much as possible. 2.don't give up no matter wut anyone says. 3.eat heathly cuz it will relax ur body when it comes to stretching,doin stunts,and things like the splits. i think that's about it. i wasnt flexible at all when i went into elite energy and i turned out as flexible as a sponge so good luck and remember these tips. i hope they will help u and just keep up ur good work.when your not flexible in gymnastics you can lose your balance and fall over,you can get hurt
