Yes.Players don't get points for goals scored in a shootout, so it also doesn't count for the goalie.

If you think about it, a SO goal doesn't directly count as a goal on the scoreboard, but only counts towards the final if your team scores the most goals in the shootout. penalty shots, however, do count because the goal directly counts on the scoreboard.
