Yes! I know one top mx rider who can calculate during the race just where they have to finish to still podium. That takes math and adding points to previous races points that not only the rider themselves have but the positions the other riders have come in other races of that event. Math is needed to calculate many things when working on the bike so if they do their own maintenance as some do then again it is used.

First of all, you can't play motocross, you race motocross. Motocross is the outdoor version of dirt bike racing. Supercross is indoor. Professional motocross racers race for 30 minutes plus 2 laps.
