No. The last two times the Cowboys and the Steelers played in the regular season were in 2008 and 2012. The Steelers won the 2008 game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, 20 to 13. Dallas defeated Pittsburgh in overtime, 27-24, in the 2012 contest at Arlington, Texas.
