Well, if you want to learn "authentic" ninjutsu then the answer is NO. But... ninjutsu was actually a set of skills that were tough family heritage. Sword fighting, unarmed combat, climbing, poisons, explosivers, etc.... If you learn an master these skills then you are theoreticly like a "ninja".... Again the only problem is that there are no more ninjas today so you can't be a ninja no more than you can be a gladiator but a person with some remarkable skills. If you want to call yourself a ninja ...ok anyway is just a name.

There are plenty of books teach you how to train your dog yourself. They are usually in librarys. You can also learn online - some websites are free. Training your dog yourself is probably the best way, because it will create a bond with your dog and yourself also, it will be for FREE. Although, it may not be as well done as hiring a trainer to actually train your dog, but you said you wanted it to be free.
