maybe. if they can prove it would be dangerous to your health, or you cannot prove it would not be...you would probably lose. My cousin died 30 years ago at boot camp of an undiagnosed heart problem. Exercise can be dangerous. Ask your doctor if it is ok for you to be on this team, then go from there.
