∙ 2011-02-21 19:57:47Good Luck. Halex is not good at stocking replacement parts after a couple of years, per their own rep - at least for their hockey games. If they are out of the parts, good luck finding it anywhere on the web. The fact that a company can operate this way in 2012 is pathetic.

Search the internet for Axial AC Fans. Our Halex fan is too weak for our air hockey table and I just ordered a new 120 V fan that measures 4.72 x 1.5 inches by searching on Axial AC fans. You might need to take your existing fan off of your table by unscrewing it from underneath and then take the measurements, etc.

I would like to purchase the owners manual and instruction book on the Halex Intruder Electronic Dart Board Game
Unfortunately the company was in financial trouble and did not make replacement parts. They are now out of business and the company was purchased but the new company has no plans to make replacement parts.
The Halex Company of Ohio makes electrical fittings for home use as well as professional and commercial use. The company was established in 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Type your answer here... Halex told me to check on Amazon or Overstock. They do not stock parts for very long. Overall, they are not customer service oriented and the person who is the represetative does not know the product line nor how to fix these easily broken tables.
Look on/in the product packaging for warranty and contact information.
I've put up 170. You'll have to make about 2 shots a second to beat that.
Electronic dartboards are popular and many companies manufacture them. DMI Sports, Viper, Halex Barrington, and Arachnid all produce a variety of electronic dartboards, varying from affordable to high-quality.
