That depends if you want to be fit or not for instance if you a gym person who loves to exercise a lot your muscle should and will grow increasing your biceps physique and giving you the visible six pack abs you have always wanted and becoming a perfect fit human being.But if you are thin or skinny and call yourself fit mabe you just do keep fit that it,to be fit is to become perfect to become perfect you need to be strong to be strong you need to be fit, it all fits together most modern people today who are thin without the muscle tone call themselves the fittest on earth but how can you be without the muscles strength with that you get the muscles then your the fittest people on earth.
