You can name all your kids "George Foreman" if you like. George Foreman did. (Some of that may have been due to the "who's gonna argue with the heavyweight boxing champion of the world" factor.)
Yes, you can name a second or third or eighth child "Jr" if you want to. One of my ancestors was a "Junior" despite being the thirteenth child in the family; I guess they finally ran out of other names.
