Stunting is also dangerous for both the flyer and the bases. If a flyer is dropped the wrong way it could be potentially fatal. Bases often come in contact with feel, elbows, knees, and other boney body parts, that if hit in the head with could cause damage. Ways to reduce the risks are to ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS practice on mats and with a trained coach
