The Carrier Dome, Syracuse's on-campus stadium, sells beer (cheap at $5.50 a pint with a top too!) for football, lacrosse, and basketball games...I know there are a few other stadiums that do, its not an issue of on or off campus though because the Dome is right on campus and owned by the school
