longboards trucks will work on a normal board. but they are usaly a lot less lite. they will also stick out a couple of inches on both sides.

Redstar is a great skateboard brand. I have been skating redstar for like a month and it is great. I have redstar wheels trucks and deck and they all work really well!
A skateboard works by the rider pushing off the ground with one foot to create forward momentum. The rider then uses their body weight and balance to steer and control the board. Tricks are performed by manipulating the board with the feet and body movements. The wheels and trucks of the skateboard allow for smooth movement and turning.
work at a skateboarding company
nope. The turning of you on the skateboard depends on the bushings, the two soft round things on your trucks. Some people think that loosening the middle helps you turn but then it just makes your tricks really hard to do. Get good trucks so that the bushings are soft and the trucks itself is tight. Get Destructo d2! the best in the industry. 13 years skateboarding
Big like trees
It is a bad idea to ripstick and skateboard wheels are very different but i don't know if it would work but it probably wouldn't.
You use trucks because you want to do heavy work in transporting goods or if you are in the construction business you want to make your work easier. You need trucks because other transport is too light to do your work. Or carry large items.
Unfortionatly, no. Skateboards that are bought from target, walmart, kmart, and other stores of that nature, lack the concave, the bearings, good griptape, and thin wood that a professional skateboard have. these are very essential.
Trucks - 1999 Body Work for Project HRT was released on: USA: November 2007
yes, the trucks are a little less wide than the board and will be fine. If they were wider than the board it would not work as well. It would be awkward. They will be fine. Yes, 7.75 will work on a 7.88 deck. If you need to make up the .13" use bigger wheels- 55mm or larger. yes it will definatly work and the point of bigger wheels is definatly a good idea..... i dont find much difference using smaller trucks to be honest but overall it will be fine
