Can a soccer player make a throw in and then play the ball? No. Another player, either a teammate or an opponent, must touch the ball first.
Yes. A player may score directly from a kickoff, goal kick, corner kick, direct free kick, or dropped ball. A player may not score directly from an indirect free kick or throw-in.
Ball control,Quikness,and ability to score
#1 - when it's goalie ball #2 - throw in
It means that you can not score directly from the kick another player has to touch the ball for it he/she is able to score
A player kicks it, chests it, passes it, or throws it (from a throw in), a goalkeeper kicks it, catches it and throws it.
A team is awarded with a throw-in when an opposing player is the last one to touch the ball before it leaves the field of play. And that is a soccer throw. you have to practice doing it because there are some rules for it.
Yes
The term "goal throw" has no meaning in soccer. A throw in is taken when the ball completely exits the field across the touch line, and it is a means to restart play. A player of the team that did not touch the ball last will take the throw in.

As stated, no. The ball would be considered out of play.
