Unless the courts said he/she cant play, I cant think of a reason why they would be banned from playing.

is tappering with other people mail/parcel a criminal offense and how to go about pressing charges
people who play paintball play because some of them want to be in the military or law enforcement or to experience paintball
Well, you certainly won't have a record in the United States, because it's not a crime in any State to be in someone else's country illegally. If you were simply deported and not convicted of any actual criminal offense in Canada, you won't have a criminal record there, either, however you are probably now listed as "ineligible to enter Canada" by the Canadian authorities.
In Canada it is a criminal offense. Meaning you will be arrested and forced to serve up to 10 years in federal prison
Pitbulls are not banned in Canada. There are several cities that have bylaws that ban or restrict pitbulls, but it is not across Canada, nor is it a criminal offense to own one. Only Ontario outright bans pitbulls.
yes. IF you are refering to the Canadian Social Insurance Number, then the answer is a resounding NO!!!! The Social Insurance Number is an identity number for tax and Employment Insurance forms. It has nothing to do with criminal records in Canada. Only a Police service can get criminal records information in Canada.
There is no way of really knowing because more and more people start to play paintball each day.
Not enought is known about the incident to render an opinion, however assault with a weapon is a VERY serious offense, and it may make absolutely no difference if it's your first offense or not. No one is entitled to "one free bite at the apple."
You don't say what offense your conviction was for. If it was the equivelant of a felony offense, it might cause them to look a little harder at you, but the fact that you were pardoned is certainly in your favor, and unless it was a sex crime, probably will not affect you.
there is no purpose, its there for enjoyment :)
Canada doesn't have a president, but it has a Queen whose functions are normally exercised by a Governor General. Whereas the US President can grant a pardon for any federal offense, arbitrarily, the Governor General exercises clemency on the advice of a government minister and only in exceptional circumstances. Most criminal pardons in Canada are granted by the Parole Board of Canada. They serve only to make a criminal record inaccessible after a person has finished their sentence.
