Not less than 200 you can't. You can enforce the follow on only when your opponent's first innings total is at least 200 short of your score. So, theoretically, you could rack up 202, bowl your opponents out for 1 and enforce it.
Incidentally, in county cricket, it's 150 runs at which you can enforce it.
