I myself am a hardgainer and found out the best way for a hard gainer to build muscle is to EAT. You don't want to each junk food, but you need to eat a lot. Being a hardgainer you can get away with eating more carbs. Get at least 1g of protein per body weight but shoot for 1.5-2g per pound of body weight. Depending on your size and age shooting for 3000+ calories a day is ideal. Also depending how old you are it would be wise to invest in a type of gainer protein and perhaps one that even has creatine in it especially if you are very into working out. (be sure to drink plenty of water if you do go with creatine)
