Most likely you should replace the part as even if you use CRAZY GLUE which could be used, eventually the part would blow out. What part is broken?.....If its a Hayward filter and the pump which has a plastic cover over a basket......you would need to replace that as the pressure from the water going thru will only crack it more.
ANS 2 - An epoxy will work if you roughen the surface first. -A sand filter only takes about 25 psi. If it's a crack, drill a small hole (about 1/16) at each end of the crack, centred on the line of crack. This stops it cracking more.

It depends on which part of your Nintendo DS broke. Some pieces that snap off can easily be put back in place by glue, but it depends.

no of coarse not!ANS 2 - You haven't said what exact part you want to fix. -(that always helps to get a better answer) If it's a plastic part, then you possibly can fix it with glue.

Pull the plug first. Now if glue is on a plastic part, rub it with a rag and Goof Off, it will soon soften and be peelable. If on a metal part, like one of the prongs, just scrape it off with a craft knife.
Generally, 2-Part Epoxy would be the glue of choice for metal to plastic.
