The eight states are California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island and Washington. 35 seconds for the guys and 30 seconds for the girls. well it all depends on what time of legue it is high school best times are atleast a 21.5 and college and up is 20.5 I usually see a lot of high school boys on a track team get under 30 seconds. Over 30 seconds is still fine. Also, many girls on a high school track team usually get under 35 seconds. Over 35 seconds isn't bad either.
