7 iron
9 Iron has the most loft and least distance. 3 iron has the least loft and most distance.
450cc is the size of the driver head, it has no relation to the loft of the club at all. As a general rule it would be between 8 and 11 degrees. It depends which brand and model it is. It also says on the club what loft it is.
Normally the loft of a 7 iron.
Loft, although there is is no ten iron.
Yes, a driver can have 13º of loft, but then it basically becomes a 3 wood with a larger head.
There is no rule saying how high or low the loft of any club can be. Someone at my golf school has an 11 degree driver since he cannot hit the ball very high.

The number relates to the loft of the club and the length of the shaft. For example a 3 iron has the lowest loft and longest shaft. A 7 irons has more loft and a shorter shaft than the 3 iron.
A putter is simply used to roll the ball into or towards the hole. It is 33''-35'' with 4 degrees of loft. An iron has between 18 and 64 degrees loft and can range from 35-40 inches. The heads of irons are a lot bigger and have grooves for spin.
The driver has: * a longer shaft than an iron, so the clubhead speed is higher * lower loft, so the ball flies with more forward velocity and less height. It's possible to take the lower loft too far, so that the ball travels a shorter distance. The optimum depends on the swing speed. It's somewhere between perhaps 7 degrees for really big hitters and maybe 13 degrees for a really slow swinger.
7.4 degrees
If the iron has an "A" on the sole, it's an "Approach" wedge, otherwise known as the "Gap" wedge. It fills the gap between pitching wedge and sand wedge. It is usually 52 degrees of loft, plus or minus a degree. It's a great asset on the course. I carry one instead of carrying a 4 iron.
