I have a question about the law. My friend got injured (because of elbowing and hard to judge it is intentional or not) in university basketball game (This game is held by Student Union). Who should be responsible for my friend s injury. University, Student union, that guy who elbows my friend or my friend himself? By the way, my friend paid the registry fee to the student union, which means the student union has the responsibility? My friend has school insurance. Of course, the insurance cannot cover 100% of the medical fee. My question is who should be responsible for the excess part of the medical fee.

After an workplace injury, many employers request that an accident report be completed. You may be asked to complete an accident report if you are the injured employee, the injured employee's supervisor, or a witness to the injury. Your employer may have a specific form for you to fill out, and different information will be needed for each specific injury, but generally, a written accident report should include, at a minimum: -Date, time, and location of injury -What happened -Body parts that were injured -What could have been done to prevent the injury It is also a good idea to mention the name of the supervisor the injury was reported to and when, and when medical treatment was sought.

Evaluate if there is too much swelling around the injured area. If you are able to walk or put pressure on the injury in question then it might be alright just to put some ice on it. If you cannot put pressure on the injured area it may be the best idea to go see a doctor.
