It depends on your physical fitness. If you run for a sport anything under 6 is OK, under 5:30 at our age is good. If you run around 5 you should continue running through high-school and collage(you could get a free scholarship at a small collage if you lower your pace at a steady rate.) If you just casually run any thing around 7:30 is good. I am thirteen and I am hoping for under 4:50 this year.
