Are there any other games for the nook than Chess and Sudoku?

There are games, but all that I have found are for the nook Color..
Some examples are,
~Angry Birds
~tan Grams
~ Solitaire
~Uno
~Tic Tac Toe
~Unblock me
So far I have been unable to find any other games for the Normal nook

How do you play or download games to your nook?
If your talking about the barnes and nobles nook you cannot download games. There are only two games it has; Chess and sudoku. You can find the games by simply pressing the games icon on the little touch screen near the bottom.
What games can you get for NOOK besides chess and soduku?
None, I guess you could root (hack) a nook to run a few other games, but the nook is not a gaming device either way.
Can you get apps on the nook first edition?
I had the same question when I bought my Nook 1st Edition last month. No, you can not get apps on it. The Nook 1st edition is just not what you want to get if you are looking for fun and games. It literally is best for just reading. Even the internet isn't that good, because most the screen isn't touch screen, and it's black and white. If you would like apps, I recommend the Nook Color. Even though the Nook Color is much more pricey, it does include the ability to download apps and games. The Nook 1st Edition is not a tablet-like thing, and it shouldn't be treated as one. I just sold my Nook 1st Edition yesterday in order to buy a Nook Color. Is does cost muuuuccchhh more, but I really feel it's worth it. I'm one of those girls that likes to read, but is interested in the apps too. If you are like me, get the Nook Color. So if you really want the Nook 1st Edition, I guess your gonna be stuck with the two games that are already on it: Sudoku and Chess. :)
Can you get apps on the nook simple touch?
Well if you root your Nook using an SD card, you can choose how much music or movies it will hold. Plus you can get the Android Marketplace where there are 1000's of free games to choose from!
Can you buy games for the nook and kindle can both be sold at B and N and what is the difference between them other then keys?
(I believe) you can't purchase games for the nook until they update the software. But, it comes with soduko and chess. The nook has unique screen that does not produce glare (Though it's a little difficult to read in the dark.), and almost looks as if it's turned off. The nook also has a web browser (of the kindle, not sure). But one of the unique features is that you can borrow nookbooks from a library, and lend them to friends.
Should you buy a Nook or a Kindle?
Nook. You have much more varieties at the Nook in a slightly higher price. You can surf the web, play to games (sudoku and chess), and you can read many, many books, newspapers, and magazines. You can also get the NookColor, which is touch screen, higher in price, and has the read-aloud capability along with the amenities coming with the Nook. The Kindle however is lower in price, but cannot surf the web, and has no games. All you do is read books, newspapers, and magazines. The Kindle however has a Read-Aloud capability.
Do you prefer nook or Kindle?
I would recommend the NOOKcolor to just about anyone! You can LendBooks to all your friends who have nooks and eBooks are cheaper on NOOK and you can get library books onto your nook too! The Nook also plays mp4 movies, any type of music (Pandora included) and also has some small games like Chess or Sudoku! Although bolth are great if you have the money go for the NOOKcolor anyday! Hello! This is another person. I would recommend the NOOK to just about anyone. If you are looking for a device that holds your millions of books without hurting your eyes, than the NOOK and the KINDLE are almost the same. However the Nook is a little bit higher in price if you want 3G+Wi-fi or just plain Wi-fi. I like the Nook better, because it allows you to read like a normal book, and is organized in such a way that will be helpful and easier to find books in your library which can hold billions of books. And, yeah. I do NOT recommend the NookColor, because yes, it does hurt your eyes. So I suggest you don't get it for reading purposes.
When will Temple Run come out on nook?
In about April I think. There will be other Android games, too.

They all come with games. I think Nook Simple Touch even does but I may be wrong.
