Are high school and college basketball distances the same for free throw line and three point line?

For males, no. For females, yes.

For males, the high school three point line is 19 ft, 9 inches away from the center of the hoop while the college three point line is 20 ft, 9 inches away from the center of the hoop. This rule became effective during the 2008-2009 season when the NCAA committee elected to move the three point line back one foot for the men.

For females, the three point line in both high school and college is 19ft, 9 inches.

yes they are the same, the only difference is between American and Canadian the 3 point line in the states is in 1 foot in toward the hoop:) - NO they ARE NOT the same!! HS is 19.75ft College is 20.75ft!!

NCAA College: Arc radius 20 feet 9 inches (6.32 m), no less than 4 feet 3 inches (1.30 m) from each sideline.

FIBA: Arc radius 6.75 meters (22.1 ft), no less than 0.9 meters (3.0 ft) from each sideline.

WNBA: Arc radius 22 feet 1.75 inches (6.7501 m), no less than 3 feet 4 inches (1.02 m) from each sideline.

NBA: Arc radius 23 feet 9 inches (7.24 m), no less than 3 feet (0.91 m) from each sideline.
