I had breast implants when i wasd a little overweight, they were fine up until i lost a ton of weight...........now they feel so heavy and too large for my body, i mean heavy as in it feels as if my skin around my neck, collarbones and shoulder.........are ripping apart if i don't have support on at all times.

Depends on the size. Big ones are. Women with big breasts often have pains in the neck and back and shoulders (after the bra). They are mainly fat. I removed 1,5 kg from each of mine and still had a C-sup afterwards.

If you're using this as an excuse then no you shouldn't lift heavy objects. If you're being serious, whatever the size of your breasts it's always nice to help around a little bit. Although I do get that it may get extremely difficult and painful to lift things up with such heavy breasts.
