Not quite, although they can be very similar. One place where they might differ is that some BMX frames oight not be set up to take brakes, while good braking is usually real important on a trials bike. It's also quite common for trials bikes to use 24" wheels, while BMX is almost only 20".
Mostly in China, although their ultra high end pro BMX bikes are made here by private frame builders.
they are more stunt bikes but if you want to do more jumping on and of you should buy a trial bike
No. A BMX is almost entirely ridden "out of the saddle" (=standing up), so size doesn't mean that much. (most) MTBs are intended for some seated riding, which makes frame size much more important.
All "true" BMX bikes are built for 20" wheels, which makes them very similar in size.

The BMX bikes that you buy at Target and or Walmart are not the same BMX bikes that are used in BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle. Real BMX bikes are lighter, they have diiferent size sprockets among many other things. Feel free to google the National Bicycle League or the American Bicycle League to get more information.
The top features of the BMX Haro bike that set it apart from other BMX bikes include its lightweight frame for better maneuverability, high-quality components for durability, and innovative design for optimal performance.
I have no idea what you mean by a "bmx bikes device".
BMX bikes weren't around in the 60s.
