An alloy is something you get when you mix two or more metals up, they're usually better in some way than either of the pure base metals.

Be careful what people claim they can do. Alloy rims do not maintain strength when they bend and when you bend them back they become even weaker. Most reputable shops will not straighten alloy rims because of the potential for breakage and problems on the highway. Just find some replacment rims, you'll be safer.

if they are alloy they are alloy you will not be able to remove alloy from alloy wheel its made of it, if you want to paint them then paint primer on very clean sended alloy wheels and apply the paint you want.
