One reason is noone will steal PVC.
Becaous PVC is the "plastic poison".
Galvanized steel is better for plumbing in a bathroom sink. It lasts a lot longer than PVC.
PVC is better than CI in terms of weight, application, jointing techniques and off - course cost point of view
PVC pipes are less expensive and easier to repair. Metal pipes are more expensive and more difficult to repair.
PVC won't get eaten like alum.
600 x 300 denier is slightly less quality than 600 x 600. The weave is also different

Do the flame test; if you burn PVC, the flame will turn green at some point. The weight of them are different ,PVC is little heavy than PET .
PVC is considerably safe to use as long as it is not ingested or consumed. That being said, PVC-free shower bath curtain is not necessarily 'safer' than PVC shower bath curtains.
For underground conduit runs, PVC is by far the better of the two conduit systems.
