They definitely are! Malmö FF traditionally wear skyblue shirts and IFK Malmö are yellow.
There is a longstanding animosity between the two clubs, dating back to the 1930ies. At that time Sweden had very rigorous rules on economically compensating football (soccer) players for their performance and Malmö FF were reported for paying their players when they missed work and the team that allegedly reported this was - IFK Malmö.
MFF is the more successful team. They are 16 times national champions, IFK has no championships. MFF's peak performance was in 1979 when they played, and lost to Nottingham Forest in the European Cup final. (corresponding to a Champions League final at that time)
Malmö FF is still playing in the top division, IFK in the sixth...

That's called the "MAC address" or "Hardware address". It's a unique set of numbers assigned to a network device. Anything that access the internet whether phones, wireless cards, computers, etc, all have a MAC address. The address with all one's (FF-FF-FF-FF-FF-FF) is the broadcast address. All devices on the physical segment will see and respond to a message with that destination.
