Projectile
A ball thrown across a football field is an example of a projectile.
The ball isn't thrown at the start of a football game. The game begins with a kick off. After the kick off the only time a ball can be thrown by an out field player is if it goes off at the sideline and a team is awarded a throw-in.
Football being thrown
A legal pass is anypass that is thrown from behind the line of scrimmage...the imaginary line across the field where the play began...A player may pitch the ball backward at anytime while beyond the line of scrimmage. Any ball thrown forward beyond the LOS is an illegal pass.
A golf ball is heavier and has better aerodynamic qualities, therefore it could be thrown further than a tennis ball, which is too light.
on the foot ball field
While on the bus a crackhead was being rude so he was thrown from the moving bus. I could have thrown that ball a mile but I have no arms. He could of thrown the runner out if he didn't have a bet with the other team. I've thrown up a hundred times from liquor. I drunk a bottle of gin and i was looking for the bottle but i had already thrown it at a crackhead
Ground rule double
...still a football. If it's not caught, its an incomplete pass. If its thrown and hits the ground behind the line of scrimmage, its a grounded ball, which is a penalty.
To the cut off man.
No, a wide receiver cannot pass the ball during a football game. They are typically responsible for catching passes thrown by the quarterback.
Where when the ball is thrown it looks like a rainbow. It tips forward.
