Lol, no. You must be a superstar for pretty much all four years to get a scholarship to a division 1 college. While that is likely true, there are exceptions. I personally know of an individual who only played his Sr. year of high school football. He went on to the Big 8 (shows how long ago this was), the NFL and eventually the Hall of Fame. He was certainly the exception.
