No, but they were highly considering it back last year around in September through October. From the reasearch I have done, nothing has popped up saying that he made it into the hall of fame but you never know, it could change one day but to this day he has not been put into the Baseball Hall Of Fame. I do find it weird that he is not in the Hall Of Fame because he was a good all around player and he had such a big bat that he got intentionally walked over 250 times in his carrer. Hope this helped

The question is not what it means, but what it is. Hall of Fame is well lets use an exp: say you were a famous football coach, you're a great coach earned a lot of trophies and good words/compliments, you might go down in history, be nominated and or be put into the hall of fame.
