Serbia has alot of official sports. Though soccer is best known. Since they were number one in Europe in the 1990's, people fell in love with them. Serbians are well-known for alot of sports. Novak Djokovic who is number one in tennis is Serbian, women's volleyball team won first place in Europe and so did the waterpolo team and that was just this year.
Serbia has been known to produce many athletes in Various sports. Novak Djokovic has recently won the mens singles championship at Wimbledon, after beating arguably the best tennis player Rafael Nadal. Nemanja Vidic, is the Manchester United's captain and has contributed on one of the best soccer teams in the country. Even basket ball is big as many players go there to refine their game. Croatia of course, no doubt about that. It depends on how do you define stronger. If it's military power then Serbia is stronger. If it's sport then Serbia is stronger.
